Earnestly inspired by the intrigue of the world around her, wayfarer Helaina Wilkerson traversed Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Ireland, Belize, the Bahamas, Mexico, Guatemala, and even walked in the footsteps of the Incas to Machu Picchu, Peru, to finally make her nest in Rose Costumes. Her penchant for exploration led her to a Bachelor’s Degree in History with minors in Spanish and Anthropology from the University of Texas at Tyler, while her inventive spirit drew her to Theatre, where she has dabbled in imaginative expression through acting, set and lighting design, youth theatre directing, and, most fortunately, costume design.

Upon her casting as a Rosette, Helaina immediately took to forging a treasure map to success. Her gusto for artistry and status as a theatrical veteran instated her as an invaluable magician for Rose Costumes’ clientele, and her boundless energy, positivity, and affinity for producing and distributing heartfelt crafts for her fellow cast mates improves morale and inspires the best in those around her. Using her own creative compass and meticulous artistic atlases as guides, she leads each fellow traveler she encounters toward their dream destination of bringing their visions to life on stage.
